We use a milestone payment structure: 50% non-refundable deposit to confirm your order and begin production, and the remaining 50% only after you have approved your pre-shipment QC photos and report. Your goods do not ship until full payment is received — meaning you always see proof of finished product before releasing final payment. We provide a full proforma invoice before any payment and send production updates throughout.

Always. We produce a physical pre-production sample before any bulk order begins. Sample cost varies by complexity and is quoted upfront — it is fully credited toward your bulk order. You approve fit, fabric, labels, and finish before we touch a single unit of bulk production.

We work with 180–260 GSM ring-spun cotton, pima cotton, CVC blends, French terry, and heavyweight fleece. We can match specific GSM requirements and Pantone colors for custom fabric dyeing. Sampling takes 7–10 days. Bulk production is 18–25 days after sample approval, depending on quantity and complexity. First time orders may take slightly longer as specifications are being set up. Repeat orders are faster. We provide an exact timeline with every quote.

All our prices are FOB Karachi — meaning shipping is quoted separately based on your location and order size. We offer air freight (5–10 business days, approximately $4–6 per kg) and sea freight (25–45 days, significantly lower cost for larger volumes). We coordinate with trusted freight forwarders and handle all export documentation from Pakistan. You handle import customs on your end — we can recommend customs brokers in your country if needed.

We conduct a full AQL inspection on every order before shipment, with photo and video documentation shared with you for approval. You approve the QC report before final payment and before anything ships. If any issue slips through to delivery, we offer a replacement production run at cost or a partial credit depending on the situation. Our pre-shipment QC process makes this rare.

Yes. MOQ is 50 units per style per color. So 2 styles in 2 colors each means 4 runs of 50 units minimum — 200 units total. We recommend combining everything into one shipment to save on freight. For first time orders we suggest starting with one style in one or two colors to keep things simple and get a clean first experience.

Absolutely. Our 50 unit MOQ exists specifically for new and emerging brands. You get real private label product — woven neck labels, custom hang tags, your branding throughout — without the 300–500 unit minimums most factories require.
